What is FOREX and how can I trade it?
Especially for those new to FOREX trading our All about FOREX covers the basic questions about trading FOREX. You should however attend a seminar or read more detailed information before you risk any money.

Can I test-drive the trading platform before opening an account?
At FalcoFX we give every client the opportunity for a risk-free test of our trading platform. Just click on Open Demo Account and we will send you a 30 day free trial version.

What is the minimum to open a trading account?
You can start trading live with as little as 100 USD/Euro for a Mini Account or 1,000 EUR/USD for a Standard Account.

What are your commissions and fees?
There are no fees or commissions when working with FalcoFX. We are compensated through the difference between the buy and sell price.

What is your margin requirement?
The margin requirement for a Standard Account is 1% and 0.5% for a Mini Account.

What leverage do you offer?
We offer a 100:1 leverage for Standard Accounts and a 200:1 leverage for Mini Account.

In what currencies can I deposit money into my trading account?
We are able to accept all currencies however your trading account will be in EUR, GBP, USD or TRY. Please consider any conversion fees charged by the banks. FalcoFX does not charge any fees for converting money.

How do I open a trading account?
In order to start live trading just click on Open Real Account and follow the instructions. Once we received the completed paperwork we will provide you with your account number. As soon as we received your trading capital we will set you up on our MetaTrader platform for live trading.

How do I fund my trading account?
Once your account has been approved we will send you your personal banking details. You can also transfer money using WebMoney, e-Gold, c-Gold, Liberty Reserve, e-Dinar and Mediterran Bankers.

Can I contact your support desk if I have any questions?
Our online support desk will be available from 6:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT to help you with any kind of enquiries.

Can I earn money by introducing clients to you?
Yes, FalcoFX has an Introducing Broker and Partnership program. Please contact the following pages for more information : (Partnership and IB)

Can I trade for other people?
FalcoFX offers Money Managers an extremely flexible solution to trade client’s fund. For more details please go to our Money Managers section on the website.
